Yoga Shoal was born out of Zoë’s desire to share the techniques she has used and found so beneficial in her own life. Having practiced yoga for many years, she was keen to pass on the profound mental and physical benefits through teaching. Integral to her approach is an interest and understanding of her students and their individual needs. She provides group classes to mixed ability students, in-depth workshops for those wanting to deepen their yoga practice, private one-to-one classes, and yoga therapy to support the specific health conditions of her clients.
