Yoga Classes

Yoga Classes

I teach classical Hatha yoga with inspiration and influences from other respected traditions and styles – Iyengar, Satyananda, Sivananda, Yin, and Vinyasa.

With regular practice, asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation can transform the way we feel and live our lives. My yoga classes aim to release physical tightness, improve postural awareness and strengthen core muscles for structural health and balance. I teach breath techniques to calm the mind and release built-up stress and anxiety, creating space for more happiness and joy. You will discover how to spiritually re-connect with your inner-self – the real you, in the present moment, now.
